Zema Estate is a family-owned winery with a proud Italian heritage, dedicated to crafting exceptional Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Since 1982, we have built a reputation for producing wines of outstanding quality – with a consistency that defies vintage and seasonal fluctuations.

We carefully bottle-age all our red wines before release – ensuring smoothness, balance, and exceptional drinkability. Our Estate range includes Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and the popular Cluny blend — all showcasing vibrant fruit, varietal purity, and elegant structure.

For collectors and connoisseurs, our Family Selection wines represent the best of each vintage – bold, complex and made to age. These limited releases are crafted from the finest parcels of fruit, selected for their exceptional depth and cellaring potential.

Looking for something unique? Our Sparkling Merlot, exclusive to Cellar Door, has a fine mousse and velvety palate with a splash of vintage port for added richness and smoothness.

And for a rare treat, Saluti – our flagship Cabernet Sauvignon (72%) and Shiraz (28%) blend – is only produced in outstanding vintages. The 2016 Saluti, released to mark our 40th anniversary, is just the second vintage ever made.
