Wine Club Membership Details

How does it work?
Please select your wines, which will be delivered in June and December. Don’t worry, you aren’t stuck with your decision, we give you the freedom to change your order with each delivery. Your annual delivery can be split over both months, but please ensure each delivery equates to multiples of 6 or 12.

Prior to your selected delivery month, you will receive an email with details of your upcoming order and have the opportunity to change your selection and personal details. If you are happy with your current wine selection and your personal details are correct there is no need to contact us. We will automatically process your standing order on the date communicated with you prior. Your wine will be dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Membership Terms
Membership simply requires a commitment to purchase 2 dozen wines per year – however you can cancel anytime.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I purchase additional wine outside of my annual delivery?
Absolutely! You can purchase wine at any time of year at 15% off.

What happens if the wine I have selected is not currently available?
Please contact us directly if you wish to buy vintage wines that are unavailable online.

What does automatic send mean?
To keep Our Family membership as convenient as possible, you will automatically be charged and sent the wine you have selected in your annual delivery unless we hear from you. Rest assured you will be notified by email of upcoming deliveries in the month prior and will have the opportunity to change order details, or skip a delivery.

When Ie be charged and my wine delivered?
Your credit card will be charged on the date stated in your reminder email (usually the first business day of a delivery month) and your order will be sent within two working days of your card being charged.

Do I have to supply credit card details?
Yes – our system cannot store Our Family members without credit card details. Your card information is stored securely on our system adhering to Australian and global (PCI) Data Security Standards. We do have a small number of members who prefer to pay via bank deposit – if you would like to do this please call or email us.

Does discount apply to all Zema Estate wine?
Yes, with the exception of already discounted exclusive special offers. Our Family members will always receive the best offer. You discount will apply on our website and in our Cellar Door.

What are surprise spend rewards?
Selected Our Family members will receive a surprise gift based on their total spend.

What if I would like to skip a delivery?
You are welcome to skip a delivery, as long as your purchase 24 bottles of wine a year. You will have the option to do this in your account or by calling or emailing us.

Future promotional emails
By providing your contact details you subscribe to receive future special offers, promotions, plus information about special events from Zema Estate Coonawarra and our agents, until such time as you request us to stop. Should you wish to opt-out at any time, simply let us know by phone or email.

Privacy Act
Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Zema Estate offers. They will NOT be sold or rented to any other companies.
